If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
- You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
- To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it.
- It must also be in the original packaging.
- Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as perishable goods, intimate products, gift cards, and downloadable software.

We will provide instructions on where to send your package.
⚡ Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.
2. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
- If your return is approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
- Late or missing refunds:
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you’ve done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@thetyroshop.com.
3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or sent incorrectly.
If you need to exchange an item, please email us at support@thetyroshop.com with your order number and details.
4. Shipping
- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable products
- Clearance or final sale items
